Programme Centres are a DWP funded Jobsearch Facility offered to people claiming benefits. They provide expert help and support to individuals keen on gaining employment, aswell as access to specialist training modules, and all resources needed for effective jobsearch. All for FREE! We can even refund travelling expenses and help with childcare costs

We realise that individuals have different abilities and requirements so there are three separate programmes available for peoples' needs. Whilst in Programme Centres, customers are empowered through training and supported jobsearch by professional and experienced staff to develop their skills

The training includes: teamwork; communication; planning and time management; making speculative approaches, e-recruitment, job leads; CV and Application Forms; letter writing; telephone & interview techniques; goal setting; and work ethics

Customers develop the confidence to recognise their own skills and strengths, to then market themselves to suitable employers, along with a dedicated Employment Liaison Officer directing them to suitable job opportunities
